The Magruder Branch was how PRR passenger trains (and now Amtrak) arrived in Washington, D.C.. The marker is an original milemarker at the District of Columbia line of the original railroad,  Pennsylvania Railroad subsidiary Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington. Photo from Lee Rogers Collection

Stationary Hotel on Wheels
